Here are some characteristics we also find important:

 Proof of eligibility to work in the United States

 6 months or more of on the job experience in care-giving, nursing, social service or a related field (or the educational equivalent (e.g. HHA, CNA, Personal Aide Certificate) -- understanding of transferring techniques, promotion of health and hygiene, personal ethics, and array of understanding on how to care for patients at varying levels of need is helpful.

 Current First Aid and CPR Certification

 Three (3) professional references

 Willingness to work in any location throughout Orange County or East Los Angeles

 Willingness to comply with continued education requirements and training
