All our staff are experienced in the health care field and are certified in First Aid and CPR. We also require that all our staff complete a background check, drug test, and TB test. Rainbow strives to assist consumers maximize their potential in their homes and to overcome their barriers and realize their ability to contribute greatly in their own communities. Personal Attendant Services - Day & night supervision with coaching, instruction, and assistance to complete ADL’s.

Basic ADL Assistance: bathing, dressing/undressing; eating; transferring; toileting; ambulation; & ROM exercises

Instrumental ADL Assistance: light housework; meal preparation with basic nutrition or special diets; medication reminders & tracking; shopping & money exchange; proper appliance & adaptive equipment use; care of pets; community mobility; & observing personal safety & emergency preparation.

Case Management & Supervision - Regular supervisory visits, coaching for consumer and staff, standard reporting, assistance to locate and start benefit services, & assistance to solve problems.

Household Management Assistance - To develop a household budget, cleaning schedule, and daily routine and to acquire household furnishing.

Assistance to Manage Behaviors - Coaching through & tracking difficult behaviors, modeling appropriate behaviors, and providing incentives.

Socialization: Assistance in social settings to build durable relationships and to organize communication among Circle of Support members.

Health Management Support - Locating medical professionals/specialists, utilizing health insurance benefits, following medical recommendations & keeping medical records, locating medical equipment, & scheduling regular follow-ups and recommended health screenings.
